Welcome Home, Inc. is always seeking dedicated and well-qualified Direct Support Staff to provide in-home support services to  individuals with mental retardation.

Ideal candidates are physically able to lift at least 25 lbs, able to teach life skills, assist with transferring, bathing, showering,  oral hygiene, dressing, light housekeeping, simple meal preparation, and errands in a dignified and professional manner.

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Texas driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance. Must be able to pass a Criminal History Check and Employee Misconduct Registry search. Current CPR/First Aid and/or Spanish-speaking a PLUS!

Pay Rate:

$8.00 - $10.00 hourly
